But there is a staff that anchors you on the path holding you steady to take each next step. There are guides all around you, waiting to be remembered. There is an electromagnetic field activating your sovereignty and supporting your collaborative connection to the All.

Focalizing Somatic Sessions
Somatic 1:1 Sessions are available virtually for embodiment & integration support through in the comfort of your own space. These sessions are up to 60 minutes and provide space to explore intention, journey through the wisdom of your body and to land with integrative reflection. Read more about Somatics here.
Healing Hands Sessions
Healing Hands 1:1 Sessions are available in person for embodiment & integration support at the Divina Temple studio. These sessions are up to 90 minutes and provide space to explore intention, journey through your body, and to land with integrative reflection working with a variety of vibrational & somatic medicine, unique to your holistic needs.
